- Archiving Policy
Internet Archive. Our Scientific Journal is still committed to the Open Access policy. We include all scientific articles on the site as Open Access and access is open to authors. As an archive, the authors can use both the magazine's website and the issues of the magazine posted on sites such as Archive.org, ResearchGate, Scribd.ru.
Copyright
After the article is accepted, the authors will be asked to complete the “Publication Agreement”. Acceptance of the agreement will be considered for dissemination of information. The corresponding author will be informed of the receipt of the manuscript along with the Publishing Agreement form.
