Aims and Scope
The Journal of Life Sciences and Biomedicine (JLSB) is the official semiannual publication of the Division of Biological and Medical Sciences of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) and is published by “Elm” Publishing House of ANAS.
The Journal of Life Sciences and Biomedicine is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed international journal that focuses on the modern areas of agricultural, biological and medical sciences.
Scope of the journal include: peer reviewed original research articles, scientific reports, review and mini-reviews in the developing and interdisciplinary field of:
- modern biology,
- bioinformatics,
- biotechnology,
- medicine,
- agriculture,
- environmental and
- soil sciences, etc.
Journal of Life Sciences and Biomedicine is a basic journal published in the Republic of Azerbaijan, dedicated to the study of urgent problems of modern biology and medicine. Articles dealing with the study in many areas of biology (biochemistry) molecular biology, genetics, bioinformatics, physiology (human, plant and animal) zoology, botany, plant reserve experience and introduction etc.) as well as articles reflecting the result of studies on the clinical practice of medicine are preferably given. Journal accepts various formats of literary works such as rapid communications, research articles, review articles, article-commentaries, and meeting-reports.
Journal accepts for publication articles only in English.
