Peer Review and Editorial Process
The Journal of Life Sciences and Biomedicine (JLSB) employs a double-blind peer review system, where both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two qualified reviewers— one internal and one external — selected based on subject expertise. Objectives of Peer Review
Peer review ensures:Scientific accuracy, relevance, and clarity of manuscripts
Impartial and independent evaluation
Constructive feedback to authors
Informed editorial decisions about manuscript suitability
Reviewers assess the manuscript based on:Originality and relevance of the topic

Compliance with ethical and reporting standards
Editors make the final decision based on reviewers' evaluations, and in cases of disagreement, advice may be sought from additional experts or members of the editorial board.
Note:Not all submissions are sent for external peer review. Manuscripts may be desk-rejected by the editorial team to avoid delays.Review Workflow
