  • About the Open Access Policy. Our main policy as a Scientific Journal is that we will archive all issues of our Journal. Our Journal has been published under various names since 1945. Electronic copies of all İssues of these journals will be posted on the site as pdf. We ask the Indexing Agencies to take into account the publications of previous years and under different titles when indexing the old editions of the Journal.
