Abstract: The effect of crude oil on contents of different neurotransmitters during sturgeon embryogenesis has been studied. Experiments have shown that different type of crude oils produce diverse respon- ses of neurotransmitter systems, supporting their role as a target for developmental toxicity of cru- de oil.
